PAYMENT INFORMATION
your payment security is our top priority. We utilize Razorpay, a trusted and highly secure payment gateway, to process all transactions on our platform. Refund
hipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is initiated, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you cancel your order and inform our team before it is shipped, you will receive a 100% refund of the payment made. Reach out to us at 99443 70008 / 9443 92702 or [email protected] to initiate the cancellation process.
For product returns, we require the product and its original packaging to be returned in original condition. Upon receipt, we will issue either a replacement or a refund.
Yes, if you are dissatisfied with a product purchased, you may request an exchange or refund within 48 hours of receiving the package. If a return is initiated, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Contact us at [email protected] for return shipping instructions and further assistance.
If we are unable to ship your order on time, and you request a refund, we will provide a 100% refund. Similarly, if your delivery address is outside our service area, a 100% refund will be issued.
Delivery
Orders will typically be delivered within a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 7 days. On average, it takes approximately 5 days for the products to be delivered to customers. Please note that orders to rural addresses or remote parts of hilly/forest regions may require additional delivery days.
Our logistics partner will make two delivery attempts. If the recipient is unavailable during both attempts, the customer will still be charged for the order, and no refund will be offered. We advise recipients to arrange for delivery in their neighborhood if they anticipate being unavailable.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to customer-related issues (such as incomplete name or address, recipient unavailability), any extra costs incurred by Toy Nadu for re-delivery will be claimed from the customer.
Toy Nadu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
If the products are to be couriered but the delivery address is outside our service area, a 100% refund will be issued.
Shipping & Returns
To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- The product was purchased directly from www.toynadu.com.
- The return request is made within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
- The received item is wrong or defective.
For items available in stock, orders will be dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Orders received on Sundays or during holidays will be dispatched the next working day. However, for items not in stock or items above 5 kgs, dispatch may take 1-4 days. Customers will be directly informed about the dispatch time.
No, orders can only be shipped to the recipient’s home or office addresses and cannot be delivered to any post box numbers.
Payment
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets, to provide you with convenient and secure payment options through Razorpay.
Yes, you will receive a payment confirmation email or message from Razorpay upon successful completion of your transaction. This serves as confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully.
