SHIPPING, RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICIES

At Toy Nadu, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. We understand that there might be situations where you need to return, seek a refund, or request a replacement for your purchase. This Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy outline the terms and conditions for such scenarios.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY: 

To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
• The product was purchased directly from www.toynadu.com.
• The return request is made within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
• Received wrong or defective item.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Shipping is only available within India. Your order will take maximum of 1 or 2 working days to be dispatched for the items available in stock. Orders received on Sundays or during holidays are dispatched the next working day. There may be possible delays in processing and shipping during busy periods such as holidays or during unforeseen circumstances and natural calamities.

– For items not in stock or items above 5 kgs, it could take 1-4 days to dispatch. We will directly communicate the time that will be taken to dispatch the order to the customer.

– Orders can be shipped only to the recipient’s home or office addresses and cannot be shipped to any post box numbers.

– Orders to be shipped to rural addresses or remote part of hilly / forest regions will require one or more additional delivery days.

– Orders will be delivered by minimum of 3 days and maximum of 7 days. On an average, it will take 5 days to get the products delivered to the customers.

– In case of a replacement request, our logistics partner will attempt to deliver the replaced items twice. In case if the recipient is not available in the premises during any of the two attempts, the customer shall still be charged for the order and payback will not be offered. So we request the recipient to arrange for the delivery in neighborhood.

TRACKING INFORMATION:

Tracking information will be provided for package(s) at the time of shipment. Once an order has been processed and a tracking number assigned, we wont be able to make any further changes to the order. You can log into your account, and click on your order under “Order History” to view the tracking number. You can use that tracking number on the logistic partner’s website to check the status of your shipment.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER:

Toy Nadu strive to make cancellation as simple as possible. Once the order is placed, the customer is only allowed to cancel the order before it is sent for shipping. To cancel the order, the customer will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team at [email protected] by sending an email or calling +91 99443 92702 by mentioning the Order Number. 100% payment shall be refunded and the buyer shall be informed of the same.

Please note that once the order is shipped, you will have to set up a return request if you do not need the toy and product return charges will be applicable along with a nominal handling charge.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs because of the customer (i.e. mentioning incomplete name or address, not being available on location, etc.,) any extra cost incurred by Toy Nadu for re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer.

REPLACEMENT/ RETURN POLICY:

Thank you for shopping at Toy Nadu. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your package for damaged, missing, or incorrect items and contact us at [email protected] or +91 99443 92702 immediately to report any problems. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, no worries.  We are here to help.

– A valid reason for returning or replacing the product is necessary. It can be accepted only when there is a manufacturing defect or the product is damaged in transit.

– You have 48 hours from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us. Orders past 48 hours will not be accepted.

– Shipping costs are non-refundable and so the cost of return shipping will be deducted while transferring the refund.

– For replacement or return requests, products must be returned in their original packaging along with proper outer packaging to avoid damages. Items must be unused and has to be in perfect, resalable condition.

– Once we confirm to take back or replace the product, we will arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We are not responsible for the products sent to us for return or replacement without confirmation from our end.

– Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a replacement or refund to the original form of payment less the original shipping fee charged.

REFUND POLICY:

If you received a wrong product or damaged product, you may request an alternate product or a refund of amounts paid for such product less shipping, at any time within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please contact us at [email protected] for return shipping instructions and for additional information about refunds or exchanges. If we are not able to ship the product on time, we will give 100% refund to the customer if the customer demands the same. In case the products are to be couriered but the delivery address is outside the service area, 100% refund will be given.

For product returns, all refunds once agreed to will be processed through NEFT within 3 working days after receipt of returned goods.

LOST PACKAGES:

Toy Nadu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

IN CASE OF GIFT CERTIFICATE:

Toy Nadu’s gift cards cannot be cancelled after purchase. However, the receiver of the gift voucher can request for an extension of expiry date within 5 days of purchase. The request for extension will be entertained solely at the discretion of the company.
