If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, no worries. We are here to help. - A valid reason for returning or replacing the product is necessary. It can be accepted only when there is a manufacturing defect or the product is damaged in transit. - You have 48 hours from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us. Orders past 48 hours will not be accepted. - Shipping costs are non-refundable and so the cost of return shipping will be deducted while transferring the refund. - For replacement or return requests, products must be returned in their original packaging along with proper outer packaging to avoid damages. Items must be unused and has to be in perfect, resalable condition. - Once we confirm to take back or replace the product, we will arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We are not responsible for the products sent to us for return or replacement without confirmation from our end. - Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a replacement or refund to the original form of payment less the original shipping fee charged.
