Delivery times typically range from a minimum of 3 days to a maximum of 7 days. On average, orders are expected to reach customers within 5 days. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as destination, and any unforeseen circumstances.

After placing an order:

  1. Prepaid Orders: Upon receiving a prepaid order, we promptly proceed to prepare the products for shipment. The items are packaged securely and shipped directly to the customers’ provided address.

  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders with Cash on Delivery payment option, we first verify the order details with the customer. This ensures accuracy and confirms their intent to proceed with the purchase. Once the order is confirmed, we initiate the shipment process.

  3. Shipment Notification: Regardless of the payment method chosen, once the shipment is processed, we promptly notify the customer. This notification includes the shipment number, allowing customers to track their orders, along with an estimated delivery date. We send this information via email and also through WhatsApp, ensuring convenient access to tracking details.

Overall, our aim is to ensure transparency and efficiency in the order fulfillment process, providing customers with timely updates and support throughout the delivery journey.

Absolutely, upon placing an order, customers will receive an invoice via email. Furthermore, when the parcel is shipped, the invoice will also be included within the package. 

Please note that refunds may not be available for all products, particularly those from leading national and international brands. These brands may have policies in place that do not allow for product returns. We encourage you to carefully review the return and refund details provided on the respective product pages before making a purchase. we do offer product returns in certain circumstances. Specifically, if there is an error in processing from our end, such as wrong shipment or product damage, we will gladly facilitate a return and refund. 

The delivery cost is subject to variation based on factors such as delivery location, package size, and weight. For accurate pricing, please verify the delivery cost on the checkout page.

Our packages are primarily shipped through www.delhivery.com. To track the status of your parcel, you can input your phone number in the tracking box on their website. Additionally, we will send you the tracking code and delivery partner details via email for your convenience.

If you wish to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. We recommend reaching out to us promptly so we can assist you accordingly.
